NEWS 08/2009 KAVA KAVA had a great summer playing some ace festivals including GLASTONBURY, AEON, MOONFEST and SAZAVA (CZECH REPUBLIC). New album FORWARDS released for the North American territory by New York label MIDNIGHT SWIMMING. Receiving some great reviews. We'll be releasing this over here shortly. In the meantime 3 x tracks 'NFA' 'MAUI' and 'TIC' are featured in popular XBOX snowboarding game STOKED. European release coming up in September through Zushi.

NEWS 05/2009 The YORKSHIRE SHOWCASE at SXSW went VERY well. One in one out, the bands played to a packed crowd. It was also great to hear Kava Kava's 'Tic' on the telly in the UK in FX surf noir TV series JOHN FROM CINCINNATI. Amazing show.
