Rosie Doonan is a truly amazing singer songwriter. She was raised in Yorkshire within a family of musicians, dancers and performers. Consequently her influences are a heady brew and range from the music of the sixties e.g the Stones, Free, Joni Mitchell and Nina Simone and more recently Damien Rice, Sheryl Crow and Portishead. She has toured with Birdy and Peter Gabriel - dueting "Dont Give Up" live. She is equally at home fronting a band or singing with a piano. One to look out for!
Singer, Producer, DIY musician. Pat's toured US, China, Europe, sung for many large dance and bass music producers, has many songs in film and TV and sung across many genres. He also runs the chocolate fireguard label + promotes occasional events. His compositions have been featured in HBO, Disney and Lionsgate productions. Independent films and computer games too. "Pat Fulgoni could sing a pearl from its oyster" said Billboard's Katie Hasty reviewing SXSW. "Deliriously flowing soul" says DJ Mag. His soulful rocked out electronica is ripe for the sync world and his distinctive vocals are the icing on the cake

alt.blues sounds owing as much to trash country, punk, rockabilly as pre-war Delta blues. Showcased via eight internationally acclaimed solo CD releases. Seasick Steve says "Dave plays like he got his skin turned inside out and pretty soon my skin was inside out too listening and it was all good. That boy bleeds for you. He a real down deep player and a soul man..." Latest album "Whisky in my Blood" (Blue North, Finland) showcases Arcari's trademark National steel guitars, performances on banjo, regular guitar and cigar box, capturing the full breadth of his song-writing and performance. His debut 6 week 7000 mile US tour (2013) was an overwhelming success. Back for more summer 2014
After well received debut "Vultures" Paul Marshall was simply not content to be pigeonholed as folk or a "singer songwriter"! He had much bigger and bolder ambitions with his second album 'The Devil And I' (Bella Union) which saw Marshall's sound grow into something much more grandiose and earned him wide critical acclaim. Then in 2010 Lone Wolf was born, touring the world with Wild Beasts, Bat For Lashes, Phil Selway (Radiohead), Jose Gonzales, St Vincent, Broken Bells. Staying true to his name, he left Bella Union in 2012, crowd funding his self released third album 'The Lovers', a rich texture of synths and organic beats juxtaposed with incredibly personal lyrics again gaining much critical acclaim. Marshall was then headhunted by Tunisian filmmaker Nejib Belkadhi to write the musical score for his most recent film 'Bastardo' which won Best Picture and Best African film at Milan Film Festival
CRY BABY CRY
Few bands conjure a sound that would be at home on both a Tarantino soundtrack and in the top 10. At times invoking the sparse minimalism of The XX, the sass of Nancy Sinatra and the balls of the Rolling Stones, CryBabyCry appeared fully formed from Yorkshire's thriving music scene in 2013. Oblivious to the fashions of contemporary Rock and Roll, they cast their net further back than most, and drag their chosen style into the future. Analogue recording, vintage guitars and cocktail dresses make for an attractive package, but its only songs that can do the damage. Whether live, or on record, CryBabyCry have the songs that sound like old favourites, even on a first listen.
Turbo charged rocked out and funked up live psychedelic rock/dance act from Yorkshire, UK featuring the soulful vocals of sometimes Hospital Records singer Pat Fulgoni alongside guitars, electronica, brass, strings and beats. Kava Kava's music has been featured in popular TV series such as DIRT, JOHN FROM CINCINNATI, WEEDS etc, films including BOYS & GIRLS GUIDE TO GETTING DOWN, new snowboarding game STOKED, TAP TAP REVENGE 3 for iphone and they have played clubs and festivals all over EUROPE, the STATES and in CHINA "Despite a hard rock appearance, Kava Kava creates party-worthy music by combining rock, funk, dance and soul......." BILLBOARD MAGAZINE (US) "gorgeous new psychedelic funk" NME.
